Karmic Journeys is a travel brand of K G Enterprise, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We provide travel planning and facilitation services. Airlines, hotels, transport operators, embassies, consulates and other suppliers are independent third parties whose own terms also apply.

Quotes are subject to availability and may change until payment and supplier confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when Karmic Journeys issues written confirmation. Travellers are responsible for accurate names and details, valid travel documents, health requirements and compliance with destination rules.

Nothing on this website constitutes an automatic booking, visa guarantee or passport issuance guarantee. Gujarat, India law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of competent courts in Ahmedabad.

We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance. Visa and passport assistance is administrative guidance only; approval and issuance remain solely with the competent authority.

Privacy Policy

K G Enterprise collects the information you submit—such as contact details, travel preferences and document-selection information—to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, manage requested services, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

We may share necessary information with travel suppliers or service providers only when required to fulfil a service you request. We do not sell personal information. Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes or required by law.

You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable obligations, by emailing travel.karmicjourneys@gmail.com. Please do not submit passport numbers, scans, payment-card data or other highly sensitive documents through these inquiry forms.

Data Security Policy

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect inquiry data and limit access to persons who need it for the requested service. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card details or unnecessary identity-document scans through website forms or WhatsApp. If sensitive documentation is later required, Karmic Journeys will identify an appropriate transfer method.

Client Confidentiality

Information shared for an inquiry is treated as confidential and used for the requested travel service. It may be disclosed when necessary to authorised staff, contracted service providers, travel suppliers, professional advisers or authorities where required by law.

This policy is a general confidentiality commitment and is not a standalone negotiated non-disclosure agreement. A separate written NDA may be considered where commercially appropriate.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation, change and refund eligibility depends on the selected airline, hotel, package or other supplier, along with any disclosed Karmic Journeys service fee. Applicable conditions will be provided before payment or confirmation.

Supplier penalties, non-refundable components, foreign-exchange differences and already-rendered service fees may be deducted. Refund timing depends on receipt from the supplier and the original payment method. Contact us promptly for assistance before taking any cancellation action.
